Employment Based Services

The Employment Specialists at Direction, LLC can assist with transportation, resume writing, interview prep and support, new hire paperwork, learning and maintaining work appropriate behavior, provide outside of the box thinking to learn and relearn work tasks through services such as Job Finding, Adult Work Experience, Supported Employment, and Job Mentoring. If an individual requires additional assistance once completing a service, our Employment Specialists can assist with Job Retention and/or extended services. Students can work along side of a Job Coach throughout the duration of a Paid Work Experience or explore and gain a better understanding of careers through Job Shadowing.  Community Based Work Assessments as well as selective group services are also offered by the agency.
