Waiver Services

We focus on the health and safety of the individual as being our top priority, while providing In home and community services. A Direct Support Professional will assist an individual with increasing independence in their home and providing inclusive opportunities within the community.  As well as assist the individual in retaining and improving self-help, socialization and adaptive skills to successfully reside in home and community based settings while supporting the specific needs mentioned in the individuals customized Individual Support Plan (ISP).
