Direction staff focus on the health and safety of the individual as being their top priority, while providing In home and community services. A Direct Support Professional will assist an individual with increasing independence and providing inclusive opportunities within the community.  As well as assist the individual in retaining and improving self-help, socialization and adaptive skills to successfully reside in home and community based settings while supporting the specific needs mentioned in the individuals customized Individual Support Plan (ISP).
