In Home and Community Support & Companion Services

Staff Focus and Service Delivery:

The primary focus of our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) is to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals while delivering in-home and community-based services. DSPs are dedicated to fostering increased independence and providing inclusive opportunities that empower individuals to engage fully within their communities.

In alignment with each individual’s Individual Support Plan (ISP), DSPs assist individuals in maintaining and enhancing essential life skills, including self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills. These efforts are aimed at supporting individuals to thrive in home and community-based environments, while also addressing their specific, personalized needs outlined in their customized ISP.

Client Engagement and Community Events:

We are pleased to offer a variety of free group events throughout the year for clients receiving In-Home and Community Supports and Companion Services. These events are designed to provide social, recreational, and inclusive opportunities, helping clients to engage with their community and enrich their lives.

Examples of past events include:

Baseball and hockey games
Spirited Art sessions
Magic shows
Animal encounters|Zoos
Bowling outings
Social gatherings
Board game nights
