5th Annual Silent Santa

In 2022, Direction LLC launched the Silent Santa event, an annual, no-cost, low-sensory holiday experience aimed at creating a comfortable, inclusive environment for individuals and families. 

Hosted and operated by the Direction team, this special event takes place at the agency’s location in Mayfield, Pennsylvania.

Santa and his helpers are thoroughly trained by Direction LLC, CPR-certified, and have passed all required clearances and drug tests to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. The event offers fifteen-minute private sessions with Santa, allowing each family to enjoy a calm, personalized experience. By eliminating long lines and crowds, we create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, making the holiday season accessible to all.

A reservation form will be available about one month prior to the event date, and updates will be shared on the agency’s social media pages.
