Direction llc is a vendor of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, OVR student and adult services. As well as a provider of Medicaid waiver based services through the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) The agency also provides one on one Community Based Instruction. As well as Life Skills within the public school system. Supporting Lackawanna County, Wayne County and Susquehanna County.  Additional services are pending, check in through out 2024.

Direction llc is women owned and operated.  The agency was established in 2017.  Direction is a small agency that provides consistency, comfort, security, and a genuine concern for all of their consumers. Questions and concerns are responded to quickly and efficiently. The agency utilizes a client portal which allows direct communication with any member of the support team.
