Housing Options for high functioning individuals with disabilities
Direction Homes provides housing solutions designed for high functioning individuals with disabilities who would benefit from independent living, but who would still benefit from some level of support. Our homes are tailored to create an environment that fosters greater autonomy, while offering assistance when needed.
We will offer same-sex housing options and provide additional opportunities within the home based on the interests and needs of the tenants. Direction Homes operates as a separate entity, though it is a direct partnership and owned by the Owner, CEO and COO of Direction LLC.
These homes will be offered initially to clients of Direction LLC. Staff members from Direction LLC will be trained on the specific house rules, regulations, and policies to ensure a seamless and supportive living environment.
The goal of Direction Homes is to provide an enhanced level of independence with the flexibility of support as needed. Direction Homes is expected to be fully operational in 2026, with the first tenants to move in during that calendar year.
